The minimum order quantity for production is 200 pieces
1.- Development Process
We currently have two processes for development:
1. With a tooling and/or mold
2. Design and Sculpture
For both processes, quoting is carried out during the production of the first counter-samples.
2.- With tooling or mold
We receive your tooling or mold along with a paint master if available and we can work the first counter-samples for your feedback.
3.- Design and Sculpture
This process has a cost and takes approximately 6 – 8 weeks. Ideally, we would like to start in November and January with design and sculpture. The cost includes:
- Specialized and punctual consulting from the design and innovation department
- Development of the item with the option to make three changes
- Counter sample and mold for your production
-3 or 6 samples (see details with your sales agent) will be sent to approve the development.
4.- Quoting
After you approve our counter-sample we can confirm the price for your mask and put in a production order. The minimum order quantity for production is 200 pieces. To begin production, we require a 50% down payment and the other 50% before shipping.
