For both processes, quoting is carried out during the production of the first counter-samples.
Design & Sculpture
If you do not have a tooling for the reproduction of your design (first counter-samples), we can begin with the design and sculpture of your mask. This part of the process has a cost and takes approximately 6 – 8 weeks. The best time to begin with the design and sculpture is between November and January.
Quoting
After you approve our counter-sample we can confirm the price for your mask and put in a production order.
The minimum order quantity for production is 200 pieces.
To begin production, we require a 50% down payment and the other 50% before shipping
