- We kindly ask our customers to review their Sales Confirmation and Authorize it, because once a Packing list is sent, no changes will be accepted.

- Minimum Order according to contracted terms.
- Commercial Invoices are sent in US Dollars
- Distributors in: Austria, Bahrein, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland United Arab Emirates & UK. If interested in Buying in the previous territories, we will contact you with the Distributor.
- Distributors shall restrain sales to the territories agreed.
- Incoterm: FOB Port in Mexico or to be quoted to final destination.
- Customers should provide their own forwarder.
- Distributors shall pay 50% of the order, once iit is placed, and the rest before collecting merchandise in the agreed port.

If you are an E-Commerce wholesaler, we can provide the service of Drop shipping from the warehouses in Laredo and Ontario. Please contact our executives to review the conditions to participate in this program.
AMAZON VENDORS
Ghoulish registers in Amazon all our products under our trademark with all the information necessary to facilitate sales to Amazon Vendors approved, and will establish minimum retail prices. Any attempt to register our products under other trademark will end the Commercial relationship and the elimination of the Published products in the platform. ABOUT PRICES & CLAIMS
- Prices are subject to be changed every quarter due to raw material cost changes. We are not responsible for government charges other than duties.

- Please submit your claim in writing and present photos or videos proof of the claim. (Please check your merchandise when receiving and take photographs and video while opening)
- We will honor Customers claims placed during the 15 days after merchandise is received.
- Distributors have 25 natural days to place claims after receiving merchandise.

- The Customer shall not register or attempt to register for any purpose and Trademark, trade name, copyright, name, title or
expression of the Company as used on the Products or any other trademark or tradename which is similar thereto. - All the content of this catalog is property and registered under Ghoulish Company Trademark.
