Can I pay cash on delivery?
At the moment, we only accept advance payments to prepare and ensure the shipment of your order.

Are the products original and good quality?
Yes, all our products are 100% brand new and original, created by our designers, selected licensees, and trusted suppliers. We ensure high quality in our Halloween costumes, decorations, and themed items.

Can I make changes or returns?
Yes. We accept exchanges and returns within the first 7 days after receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. This applies only in cases of defects, wrong sizes, or shipping errors.

Important: Due to seasonal and logistical reasons, no returns are accepted after October 31st.

When is the best time to order for Halloween?
We recommend placing your order at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure product availability and on-time delivery before October 31st.

Do you offer wholesale?

Are the products safe for children?
Our masks are made of natural latex, a commonly used material in costumes and entertainment products.

Latex allergies are rare in the general population (affecting 1% to 6%), and the risk is even lower in children without medical conditions. However, if your child has very sensitive skin or a history of allergies, we recommend doing a small patch test before prolonged use.

How can I check my order status?
Once your purchase is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and assigned courier. You can track your package 24/7 on the courier's website.

What should I do if the package arrives damaged?
Take photos as evidence before and during the unboxing, so we can validate any claim related to shipping damage.

Why might my order be delayed?
Although we strive to deliver as quickly as possible, some delays may occur due to:

·        Weather conditions or unforeseen logistical issues

·        Custom or made-to-order items that require more preparation time

How can I change my delivery address?
If you need to modify the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
Changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once in transit, address changes are no longer possible.

Are refunds allowed?
Yes, refunds are only granted in the following cases:

·        Factory defect: must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item

·        Wrong product: must be reported within 2 days of receipt

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please provide your order number and evidence (photos or video).

When is the refund processed?
Refunds are issued once we have received and inspected the returned product at our facilities. If the item meets the return criteria, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.

How do I take care of my mask?
To extend the life of your mask:

·        Wipe it with a damp cloth before and after use

·        Store it on a stand to prevent deformation

·        Keep it in a cool, dry place with no humidity

·        Avoid prolonged sun exposure

·        Apply a light layer of talcum powder inside

·        Do not fold or crush excessively

·        Air dry it—do not use a dryer or expose it to direct sunlight

·        Avoid alcohol or strong chemicals

Extra tips:

·        Do not share the mask if worn directly on the face

·        Put it on after applying makeup or doing your hair to avoid stains or pulling
