5. Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, masks and costumes cannot be returned once opened or worn. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 2 calendar days of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the defect will be required.
6. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to introducing viruses, malicious code, or engaging in unauthorized data extraction. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
